How to order
Step1: First, select the style, colour,code of the products and quantity that you want to order from our website.
Step2: Complete the order listing: ( the order listing must include the continuing information ) products Size, products picture or ID, quantity for each style of products, the buyer's Name, Address ,Zip code ,City , Country ,Email , Phone Number.) This information must be sent to us by email or MSN.
Step3: We will confirm the order listing after we have received your email or msn message,and reply to you to confirm the price(ALL prices include shipping cost) and shipment type and our details for payment.
Step4:We will send out your goods after we have received full prepayment.(Remark:The package will be delivered within approximately 6 days . Faster delivery will depend on country.)
Step5: Once we receive tracking code from shipment company it will be sent to for online package check up .
Step6: We await the confirmation that you've received the shoes correctly.
Step7: Your order is completed and we hope to keep you as our customer and look forward to hearing from you.
Delivery & shipping
--All shoes are shipped from China, The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
--All products are shipped by air express, shipping will take about 5-7 days delivery. You can log on shipping company's website and check tracking number we provide 1-3days after the shipment to trait the package.
Return/Exchange
Some unaccepted reasons for exchange are as below : "I don't want the shoes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color", "Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture
Acceptable Reasons for exchange are as below:
Wrong shoe or size sent by the factory, mistake made from our side.
The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange.
