1.Payment Methods

ALL the product accept paypal,if you want use paypal pay money,please contact us.
4)credit card
if you want use credit card,please submit order list from our website and pay it online.

2.The shipment
1)We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 3-6 business days depending on location. We will provide you with a tracking number.
2)We also supply container business. For container business, the minimum order is 2000 pairs.

3.Confirmation
Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival & tracking number if an email address is included with the order.

4.Customs
We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the package stopped by customs. We are responsible for customs problem of our country. We will reship the order since the parcels are held by customs here. We also have to declare that we are not responsible for any customs problem
or customs tax since the parcels have been hold by customs on your end.

5.Return And Exchange
(1) WE DONT OFFER ANY REFUND on items unless current stocks are sold out.
(2) If you intend to exchange or return any merchandise, please E-MAIL US in advance so that arrangements can be made.
(3) All intended exchange and returns MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS after the merchandise was received.
(4) Buyer is responsible for ALL THE SHIPPING CHARGES for returns or exchanges.
(5) All the exchanges and returns MUST BE IN PREFECT CONDITION with ORIGINAL BOX.
